Is Bally Bet Legal In Kansas?

Bally Bet is not yet available in Kansas, as the state’s legal sports wagering industry has not started. Operators such as Bally Bet, BetMGM, DraftKings and Fanduel are awaiting the go-ahead from the KRGC to launch,

In May, Governor Laura Kelly signed the state’s sports betting bill. The law came into effect on July 1, and Gov. Kelly revealed that the state was aiming to launch sports wagering in time for Week 1 of the NFL season. That begins with the Bills at the Rams on Thursday, September 8.

However, KRGC director of wagering Todd Allen has since revealed that regulators are unlikely to hit that target. He reassured Kansas bettors that everything is progressing smoothly, but he could not guarantee that a September 8 Bally Bet Kansas launch would be possible. Therefore, it seems unlikely that people will be able to visit NFL betting sites in time for the start of the new NFLseason.

The commission still needs to finalize regulations, issue licenses and conduct software tests, so sports betting is likely to be delayed. However, it should still launch during the 2022 NFL regular season. If you bookmark this Bally Bet Kansas update page, we will provide you with a Bally Bet Kansas launch date as soon as it is ready.
