The only area we feel 10bet can improve further is the FAQ section. Located at the bottom of its page under ‘Help’, we found the FAQs satisfactory but not inspiring. While answers are detailed, the section comes with no search function. The help window also pops up on top of your window, meaning you can’t use your browser’s search function effectively.  
A live chat is available 24/7, but you need to be a registered member of 10bet Sportsbook to access it. While this disappointed our betting experts, as prospective players looking for advice won’t receive the same speed of response, the professional support team could solve common queries without a hassle and with a friendly reply.
