Once you are through to the customer support team, things become a lot more pleasant. Waiting times to get in contact are short, even during peak hours. The team is friendly in its approach and efficient in delivery. We got the answers we needed very quickly.

You will be able to access the DraftKings online casino section if you are based in New Jersey, West Virginia, Michigan, Connecticut or Pennsylvania. Unfortunately, DraftKings online live casino is a little disappointing as there are only a few live games available at any given time. Live Casino tables are available 24/7, with games of online roulette, blackjack, baccarat and game shows on the site.

All these games are streamed in faultless HD and are run by professional dealers. They are great fun to play and not the problem with this section of the site. The problem is the lack of options. We hope this is a product DraftKings will expand in the future.

DraftKings Other Gambling Products

Overall, this is an excellent source of information and will be incredibly helpful for anyone who bets at the site. Our only wish would be for DraftKings to present the information more engagingly. Currently, as excellent as the text is, it does feel like one long paragraph.

New Jersey

Following the striking down of the PASPA, New Jersey sports betting sites became the first to be legalized in June 2018. DraftKings was actually the first sportsbook to start accepting bets in the Garden State in August 2018. DraftKings sportsbook NJ has a partnership with Resorts Casino and Hotel in NJ, where bettors can make deposits and withdraw with a casino cage cashier. New York
