TwinSpires Customer Support

It is always important to be able to access friendly and efficient customer service when you’re using a betting site. Overall our betting experts were satisfied with the standard of customer support at TwinSpires Sportsbook. 

A negative came first, as to access the site’s customer support sections, we had to scroll to the bottom of the sportsbook. Here we found two separate tabs that you can click on. Customers choose between the “Contact Us” tab and the “FAQs” tab. We would have expected to find all the resources in one place/tab. 

The FAQs section is a very comprehensive troubleshooting tool. There’s a lot of information, and it’s easy to navigate with helpful tabs and a useful search function. We recommend customers start here when looking for assistance.

If you can’t find your answers, then visiting the “Contact Us” tab is the best way to go. One minor gripe we had is that it brings up a little icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen when you click on this tab. This is how you access live chat. Many sportsbooks have this available on all the pages of a site. It is strange that TwinSpires has this function installed but doesn’t use it. 

You can get in contact via the aforementioned live chat, telephone, or email. Customer support services are available from 09:00 - 00:00 EST. Some customers like to bet at all times of day to reflect global sporting markets, so not being able to receive help 24/7 is a little disappointing.

TwinSpires Live Casino

The positive thing to note is that TwinSpires Sportsbook offers online live casino games such as roulette, baccarat, and blackjack. The production quality that comes from these studios is exceptionally high, and this is as close as you can get to a casino experience from your own home.

On a less positive note, our review team was puzzled by how TwinSpires presented its live casino games on the site. For one thing, there is no dedicated section for these games. All of these can be found under the “Casino” tab. That wouldn’t necessarily be a bad thing, but the live games have no dedicated section even within this site. To find live games, you need to scroll through all the other table games. Live casino games are all about the experience, and not emphasising the specialness of these games takes away a lot of the appeal. 

In addition, when you search for “Live” in the casino, no live games come up. Overall, while we were pleased to see TwinSpires offering live dealer games, we hope there is more emphasis on these games in the future.

TwinSpires Other Gambling Products
