Manchester United are into the FA Cup semi-finals after a comeback win against Fulham, while they also have a place in the last eight of the Europa League after defeating Real Betis on aggregate. Things are looking good for the Red Devils to add more silverware to their EFL Cup success last month.

A few weeks ago, it had even started to look as though United could challenge Arsenal and Manchester City in the Premier League title race, although a 7-0 humiliation at Anfield was followed by a goalless draw against Southampton, which means that a top four spot has become the revised target.

The best betting apps are now prepared to offer huge odds that Manchester United land the quadruple this season, although a Red Devils cup treble is far more realistic, and that is trading at single figures.

Manchester United Now Big Odds to Land Historic Quadruple

After winning the Carabao Cup, Erik Ten Hag insisted that this first piece of silverware was simply the start of things to come. Manchester United certainly have a decent chance of adding to their trophy haul this season, with the bookmakers having them as favourites to win the Europa League.

The Red Devils will face Sevilla in the next round of this European competition, and they will clash with Brighton in the FA Cup semi-finals,  even if the Premier League title is now looking out of reach. There have been five dropped points in the past two matches, and Ten Hag now has to cope without the suspended Casemiro for a further three matches, which could cause issues.

Perhaps it was always a tall order for United to be in a Premier League title challenge, and they will focus on making sure they secure a top-four spot now that the chasing pack are breathing down their necks.

Red Devils No Longer Realistic Premier League Title Contenders

Manchester United were not regarded as a side that could challenge for the title at the beginning of the season. Early-season defeats to Brighton and Brentford suggested they were light years behind Manchester City, but the transformation in recent months has been extraordinary, and they went into the recent Anfield clash with a focus on three points.

However, the football betting sites have effectively written off United's title hopes after that abject second-half performance, and the team fell short against Southampton, which means they are now 19 points behind leaders Arsenal.

United will have to keep winning to make sure they secure a top-four spot and qualify for the Champions League next season, although the bookies still think that's a strong possibility.

Will Manchester United Now Win Europa League?

Manchester United have overcome two Spanish sides in order to reach the last eight of the Europa League, and they will have yet another La Liga opponent in the quarter-finals of the competition. The Red Devils clash with Sevilla, and they're warm favourites to not only overcome these opponents but also win the tournament.

It won't be easy against a team who have a strong track record in this competition, with the winner of this clash then meeting Juventus or Sporting CP in the semi-final of the competition. That particular half of the draw looks the toughest, with Bayer Leverkusen, Feyenoord and Roma some of the other teams left in the competition.

However, Ten Hag has previously fared well with Ajax in European competition and perhaps he will be able to mastermind a success when it comes to the Europa League and double the club's trophy haul in the process.

United Second Favourites to Win FA Cup

Manchester United clashed with West Ham in the fifth round of the FA Cup and that meant dusting themselves down quickly after a League Cup final success. After a poor start to the game and subsequently falling behind against the Hammers, they were able to beat their fellow Premier League side to reach the last eight of the competition.

Wembley now beckons for the Red Devils after United once again came from behind to beat Fulham in a dramatic match that saw the Cottagers get two players and the manager sent off. Ten Hag's men have avoided City in the last four, but Brighton will be tough opponents at Wembley in order to reach a probable final against City.

Perhaps the experience of having beaten Newcastle at Wembley will stand Manchester United in good stead and we look forward to seeing whether they can return there in a bid to claim this particular trophy. However, Manchester City are regarded as the most likely winners.
